Discussion on expectations of block captains: Distribute information, report on happenings in their area at GMM meetings, contact enforcement as necessary, deal with issues without waiting till next board meeting, need names & addresses of captains

Need recruitment and names and addresses at next meeting

 

            What do we want committees to accomplish next week?

            Volunteers, define major issues, outside meetings?,  make report to whole group

 

Alexandra did make contact with person who does website for City of Lansing. Limited by budget but open to feedback, ideas and suggestions.
