From The Fannie Farmer Baking Book
Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 8x8" pan.
Cream:
8 | tablespoons softened butter |

Slowly add and mix well:
1/2 | cup granulated sugar |

Beat in:
2 | eggs |

1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
Combine together and add into the first mixture:
1 1/4 | cup flour |

1 | teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 | teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 | teaspoon salt |
Beat in until the batter is blended and perfectly smooth:
1/2 | cup sour cream |

Blend in:
1 | cup blueberries |

In a small bowl mix together:
1/2 | cup brown sugar |

1 | teaspoons cinnamon |
1 | cup chopped pecans (or walnuts) |
Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half the brown-sugar-nut mixture, spread the remaining batter, then sprinkle with the remaining brown-sugar-nut mixture. Bake for approximately 45 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean) at 350° F.
