Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat, and remove meat, in the pan mix with the fat and bring to a boil:

3 | table spoons soy sauce |
1 | beef bouillon cube |
1/8 | teaspoon pepper |
1 | crushed garlic clove |
2 | tablespoons sherry |
Add meat and simmer for 30 minutes
Add and simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes:
1 | medium onion sliced |
---|---|
2 | green peppers cut into thin strips |
8-10 | mushrooms sliced |
Serve with rice.
