Pepper Steak

Brown in dutch oven or heavy fry pan:
1 1/2pounds flank steak cut into 1/2" strips

Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat, and remove meat, in the pan mix with the fat and bring to a boil:

1tablespoon flour
1/2cup catsup
1/2water
3table spoons soy sauce
1beef bouillon cube
1/8teaspoon pepper
1crushed garlic clove
2tablespoons sherry

Add meat and simmer for 30 minutes

Add and simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes:

1medium onion sliced
2green peppers cut into thin strips
8-10mushrooms sliced

Serve with rice.
