Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour two 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" pans.
In a large bowl combine:

1/2 | teaspoons baking soda |
1 1/2 | teaspoons salt |
2 | teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 | teaspoons ground cloves |
1 | teaspoon nutmeg |
In a separate bowl mix:
1/2 | cup milk |

1/2 | cup vegetable oil |
1 | cup sugar |
2 | eggs |
2 | cups shredded zucchini (do not peel just clean and grate) |
Mix together and add:
1 - 2 | cups chopped walnuts (optional) |

1 | cup fresh blueberries, in season (optional) |
Pour into pans. Cook 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350° F.
